To the New Silver Beach Community,

The SBIA Board has been active this winter, addressing many significant Association needs and projects.  We have recently completed the budgeting process and have made our final budget recommendations to the Board for 2023, and they have approved them.  Our membership dues will remain the same. 

The Board met for our winter meeting in March; you can access all our board meeting minutes on the SBIA website home page.

Membership signup is now available online by clicking 2023 Membership Signup.  Thank you for your membership and continued support.  It is you, our members, that make this community so wonderful.

You can select the button above “SBIA Membership Package” to review.  In it, you will find the following:

  • Messages from the Membership, Beach, and Activities Committees
  • SBIA Membership Form
  • Boat rack program details; and
  • Current beach and court rule reminders.
  • 2023 Summer Activities Calendar (always check the SBIA website for the latest information).  You can print a “hard copy” calendar from the package if you would like knowing it will not be updated.  Also, if you rent your property, please leave a calendar for your renters (they will appreciate it).

We will open our summer kick-off meeting on May 27 to the community.  We will meet outdoors at the NSB Tennis Courts.  Feel free to ask us any questions during the meeting or contact us here: CONTACT INFO

The activities and events are planned, and the Committee Chairs and Board of Directors spend a lot of time PLANNING these events .. but we typically fall short of volunteers to help execute these activities.  This year, we ask that you look at the events and activities and give back to New Silver Beach by volunteering your time for at least ONE EVENT.

In the next few weeks, look for our letter regarding the new playground equipment and how you can help.  We will also be communicating the plans for a new picnic area.  Stay tuned.
